By using the Titanium Institute website and services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before booking a session or submitting any information.
1. Services
Titanium Institute provides online Mathematics tutoring and test preparation services. All sessions are conducted via online classroom using industry-standard video conferencing. Session availability is subject to Dr. White's schedule and calendar.
2. Payment & Cancellation
Payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee of 50% of the session cost. No-shows are not eligible for refunds. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
3. Session Conduct
Students are expected to arrive on time and participate professionally. Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance purposes. Titanium Institute reserves the right to terminate sessions for disruptive behavior, harassment, or conduct violations without refund.
4. Disclaimer
While Titanium Institute maintains a 100% Calculus and Trigonometry pass rate among students who complete our program, individual results depend on student participation, effort, and consistency. Tutoring services are educational in nature and do not guarantee any specific exam outcome. Test scores are influenced by many factors beyond our control.
5. Limitation of Liability
Titanium Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.
